Return & Exchange policy for other dresses

At CosilyClothes, your comfort and satisfaction are our priority. We want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the following terms:

1. Return Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Custom-made or final sale items may not be eligible for returns.

2. Exchange:

Exchanges are available for a different size, color, or product within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges depend on stock availability.

3. How to Return or Exchange:

Contact our support team at contact@cosilyclothes.pk with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Our team will guide you step by step.

4. Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
