Return & Exchange Policy for Bridal dresses

At CosilyClothes, we understand that choosing the perfect bridal dress is special and personal. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer the following return and exchange options:

1. Return Eligibility:

Bridal dresses must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns must be requested within 3–5 days of delivery.

Custom-made or personalized dresses are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

2. Exchange:

Exchanges are allowed only if the dress is defective or if the wrong size or design was delivered.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be requested within 3–5 days of delivery.

3. How to Return or Exchange:

Contact us immediately at contact@cosilyclothes.pk with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process step by step.

4. Refunds:

Once your returned dress is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs:

Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Dresses:

If your dress arrives damaged, stained, or different from your order, contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
