Ready-to-ship dresses usually take 3–7 business days.

Custom or bridal dresses may take 2–4 weeks, depending on the design and embellishments.

5. Can I return or exchange my dress?

We recommend dry cleaning for all bridal and formal dresses. Always follow the care instructions provided with your dress to ensure its longevity.

7. What if my dress doesn’t fit?
For ready-to-ship dresses, we can exchange for a different size (subject to availability). For custom-made dresses, please ensure accurate measurements are provided. Minor adjustments can often be done locally by a tailor.
